Information you choose to share

When you submit a property request, you may provide your name, email address, phone number, property area, requested service, property size, preferred service dates or a guest checkout and check-in window, turnover frequency, laundry setup, a public rental-listing link, and property details. The website records the request and gives you an inquiry reference.

How we use it

Information you provide is used to review your inquiry, respond to you, evaluate service-area, schedule, laundry, and property fit, prepare a quote, prevent duplicate or lost requests, and provide service if you become a client. Spruce & Clean may add a private qualification stage, follow-up date, and internal business notes to manage the inquiry.

Sensitive information

Do not send door codes, alarm codes, payment-card details, passwords, government identification numbers, or other sensitive information through the quote request.

Sharing and retention

Spruce & Clean does not sell inquiry information. Inquiry records are stored with the website's managed hosting provider. When inquiry email notifications are active, the contact and request details needed for those messages are sent through the approved transactional-email provider. Delivery status and provider message references may be retained so a failed notification cannot hide a saved inquiry. Records may be kept as reasonably needed to respond, maintain business records, meet legal obligations, or protect the business and its clients. A deletion or correction request may be sent to the contact below.

Anonymous site-performance measurements

The website may record the page path, performance metric name, timing value, rating, navigation type, and collection time so Spruce & Clean can find slow or unstable pages. These measurements do not include inquiry content, names, email addresses, phone numbers, access details, or owner-page activity. Measurements older than 90 days are removed as new measurements are received.

Optional website analytics

If you choose “Allow analytics,” the public website uses Google Analytics 4 to understand page visits and a small set of actions such as availability-button clicks, contact-link clicks, form starts, submission errors, and successful requests. It also uses Microsoft Clarity to understand broad interaction patterns through heatmaps and session recordings. Advertising storage and personalized-ad features are disabled.

Inquiry fields and the on-screen inquiry receipt are explicitly masked from Clarity. Spruce & Clean does not send form entries, names, email addresses, phone numbers, property details, access information, or inquiry references to either analytics provider. Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity may process device, browser, approximate location, page, cookie, and interaction information under their own terms.

These optional tools do not load until you allow analytics. You may choose “Not now” and continue using the website, or reopen “Analytics choices” later to change your preference. Declining analytics does not affect the form or any service.

Search visibility

Google Search Console is used to monitor how public pages appear in Google Search and whether the site can be crawled. The site publishes a sitemap for this purpose. Search Console is not given inquiry-form content.
